First of all, if you can't find the answer here we highly recommend you look in our support forums.
An activation email should be in your mailbox a couple of minutes after you registered. When this didn't happen, in 9 out of 10 cases the email ended up in your spamfolder. Check this first! If that didn't help, request a new activation email here.
If this fails as well you might have made a typo in your email address. You can either register again using a different username or wait 24 hours (inactive accounts are removed after 24 hours) and register again with the same username.
When this didn't resolve your problem either, please contact us.
For the IE toolbar open the start menu and select "Control panel". Click on "Uninstall a program", select "Dumpti Toolbar" and press "Uninstall".
For the Firefox toolbar select "Extra -> Add-ons" in the Firefox menu and select the Dumpti Toolbar. Press "Uninstall" and the toolbar will be removed when you restart your browser.
